Loose Transitions

Here’s to style, comfort and feeling good as you navigate seasonal temperatures that go from high to low in a couple of hours. I would love to remind you to look for inspiration where you love to spend your time. The answers to your authentic style are there.
Enjoy!

SILHOUETTE #1:

Volume and ease in both the top and bottom of the outfit. The look is relaxed from head to toe. When attempting this silhouette, choose thin-weight fabrics to avoid a bulky look. So… Ease all over

  • With a loose, belted jacket over a slouchy, light-weight pant paired with a spring bootie
  • By choosing a flowy hip-length white tunic and flowy white midi skirt paired with classic gold jewelry, nutmeg block heel sandal
  • In a relaxed fit wide legged cropped pant with the same color, different fabric unstructured 3/4 sleeved top  and same color slide or mule

W e a r   it   more   casually

  • In a relaxed fit short sleeved jumpsuit and accessories that include a long scarf, espadrilles, flat or heeled and oversized sunglasses. Extra style, add a woven fabric hat.
  • With a relaxed, whisper-weight duster coat over a relaxed shift dress paired with a cute sneaker or lace up oxford style flat
  • By choosing a loose-fit shift dress with a low V-neck (to better frame a bold necklace) and cheetah print ankle strap wedge for more drama – add red lips (wear a mask when needed though)

SILHOUETTE #2:

Volume in one-half of the outfit while the other half of the outfit is more tapered and sleek. Whether you choose to make the top slim or the bottom slim, the other half of the outfit is in something that has a relaxed fit.
So….50% slim and 50% loose.
